How Your Boots Reach You

Every pair you order from Kickside is sourced internationally from trusted suppliers. Here's how the process works from click to kick.

⏱️ Timeline

Your boots are imported and quality-checked before dispatch. Expect delivery within 15-20 days from order confirmation. Yeah, it's not Amazon same-day — but you're getting boots that aren't available at your local store. Worth the wait.

 What Happens After You Order

  1. Our team reaches out within 24 hours to confirm your order & details
  2. Your boots are sourced, inspected, and packed
  3. Tracking link sent via WhatsApp once shipped
  4. Delivered to your doorstep — anywhere in India

 Good to Know

  • We can't modify orders (address/product) once confirmed — double-check before you pay
  • Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or peak seasons — we'll keep you posted if anything comes up

 COD — Cash on Delivery

We offer COD, but with a few ground rules to keep things fair for everyone:

 How COD Works:

- COD available for most pincodes (we'll confirm if yours is eligible)
- Some limited-edition or high-value drops are prepaid-only

 ₹1,000 Advance Required:

- All COD orders require a ₹1,000 advance booking amount
- We'll share payment details on WhatsApp after you place the order
- You've got 24 hours to pay — after that, the order gets cancelled
- Once advance is confirmed, your order is locked in 🔒

💰 Partial COD Option (Save ₹100!)

Want a better deal without going full prepaid? Here's how:

- Pay **15% of the order value** upfront as advance
- Get a flat **₹100 discount** on your order
- Pay the remaining **85%** in cash at delivery
- Example: Boot price ₹5,690 → Pay ₹854 now, get ₹100 off, pay ₹4,736 at delivery

This is perfect if you want to save without committing the full amount upfront.

At Delivery:

- Pay the remaining balance in cash to the delivery partner
- Keep exact change ready (UPI/card at doorstep depends on the courier — can't guarantee it)

 The Fine Print:

- Can't reach you within 24 hours for verification? Order may be cancelled
- The advance amount (₹1,000 or 15%) is non-refundable if you cancel after 24 hours, refuse delivery, or give a wrong address
- Repeated COD Cancellations or suspicious activity = COD gets disabled on your account. Prepaid always stays open.
