We want you balling in the right boots. If something's off, here's how we sort it out.

šŸ” Replacements

We'll replace your boots if:

  • You received a damaged or defective pair
  • We sent the wrong size or wrong product
  • There's a manufacturing defect (spotted within 3 days)

How to claim:

  1. Hit us up within 3 daysĀ of delivery ā€” WhatsApp or Instagram DM
  2. Send clear photos/video of the issue
  3. We verify within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved? We arrange pickup + send a fresh pair (15-21 days for replacement)

No-go zone (won't qualify):

  • Boots have touched the pitch (used/worn)
  • Tags removed or packaging missing
  • Damage from your end (wrong studs for the surface, etc.)
  • Claimed after 7 days ā€” sorry, clock's ticked

Ā Refunds

Refunds kick in only when:

  • We can't fulfill your order (out of stock after payment)
  • No replacement available for a verified defect
  • Shipment confirmed lost by courier

Refund speed:

  • Prepaid ā†’ back to your original payment method in 7 business days
  • COD ā†’ bank transfer (minus advance) in 7 business days

Non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges (once dispatched)
  • COD advance (if you cancelled/refused)

Ā Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? Happens to the best of us.

  • Contact within 3 days of delivery, there will be one time replacement and 1000 Rs charges replacement charges
  • Boots must be unworn, original box intact
  • We send the right size (15-21 days, subject to stock)
